HOW I WORK
I combine tools from one or several disciplines, including Thought Inquiry, Creative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Mind/Body Awareness, and Therapeutic Yoga*.
*Yoga techniques primarily focus on breathing and relaxation. No exercise will be required of group workshop participants, unless specifically requested. No special attire or equipment is necessary.
